1981 book:
When all of his brothers were of legal age, Benjamin purchased from them the western 
portion of his father's farm, containing 71 acres and a stone house, probably though 
not certainly his father's house. Benjamin added to his farm by making purchases from 
his brother Daniel (1E5).  In 1782, Benjamin moved to Radnor Twp., Chester (now 
Delaware) Co., Pa.
	Ann's sister Jane married Benjamin's brother Jacob (1E8) and another sister 
is an ancestor of Richard Milhous Nixon.
	Benjamin was of affectionate disposition; in his will, he directed that each of 
his grandchildren be given a large-sized Bible. One of these Bibles is presently in the 
possession of the author.
	After Benjamin died, Ann moved to Westtown, Pa., to live with her daughter 
Zillah.
	Benjamin died after a severe illness of eleven days. Ann was blind for many 
years before she died.
