Gaetana born, (2) Lucia's dtr Gaetana died at age one year, so she could not have 
married Sabato Picone. My guess is that the clerk looked up a birth record for 
Gaetana Lepore dtr of Giuseppe Lepore and found the first Gaetana, did not look for 
her death record, and did not discover there was a second Gaetana by Giuseppe's 
second wife.
