"qui in nemore olearea, ubi vulgo dicitur lo Favale, diu, noctuque incolatum ducebat, 
excepto brumali tempore, incolens sata tum tritici, tum frumenti indici; per aliquot dies 
eger in nemore, statuit se ferre in Oppidum San Biagio contiguum, ac proinde Asello 
insedens, Oppidum illud versus iter arripuit, insequente eum Muliere predicta; proinde 
aliquo via spatio emenso, auctoque morbo" ("who lived in the olive grove, commonly 
called lo Favale, day and night, except in the winter season, cultivating crops of both 
wheat and corn; after wandering in the grove for several days, he decided to go to the 
town adjacent to San Biagio, and from there, settling in Asello, he took that town
