as Edw IKnights.). Miltary/Fought: on 21 Nov 1294. Summoned fromCornwall to serve 
against the Welsh (Ibid.). Married Margery DEBLOYOU (MacLean, Trigg Minor.). 
Miltary/Fought: on 1 Mar 1296.Summoned to serve against the Scots (P.W.) (Edw I 
Knights.).Died before 5 Feb 1301 (Ibid.). IPM on 24 May 1301 Inq (PM?)"His (Sir 
Walter's) heirs hold 2 1/2 Kt. Fees at Modbyri andAlynton, Dev, late of Joyce de 
Dynham" (Ibid.). On 23 May 1302writ of plenius certiorari (Ibid.). "Walter de T. died 
abtMidsummer 7 yrs ago. Iseult, sis coh of Geoffrey de Sulenny,held a moiety of 
Faweton Manor, Con, which fell to her d.h.Emma, who had s.h. Hugh, who had s.h. 
Walter de Treverbyn, wholeft s.h. Hugh, aged 9 and not married. Walter held lands 
atTreverbyn, Tregenedwyth, and Tregenniur" (Inq.) Actually, itseems Emma's heir was 
her grandson Hugh, son of Odo. Died before1314 (MacLean, Trigg Minor.).
