Sacketts of America on ancestry
1634 sailed from England to New England on the ship Elisabeth, which left Yarmouth 
in April and arrived in Boston in June, went directly to "comfortable home of Simon 
Sackett, at Newtown." Apparently friends and neighbors in England. After his wife 
died, shortly after arrival at Newtown, he went to Hartford. In 1648, moved to New 
London, and by 1656 in Springfield, Mass. Shortly thereafter, was at Middleberg, L.K.
