In Lancashire Marr and Banns, there is a certificate for Richard Abraham and Jennet 
Browne, both of "this parish," 9 Aug 1774, so they cannot be the parents of Mary born 
in 1757.
There is a petition (in Lancashire Quarter Session Records and Petitions on ancestry) 
dealing with an Elizabeth Gornall, and her children Dorothy, what appears to be Anna, 
and Jennett, who are poor. 3 Jan 1737, another order for Jennett 10 Apr 1744 in the 
Order Books of the same database
