ROBERT de BRAYBROOKE., of Braybrooke, Northants., Sheriff of Beds. & Bucks., 
1198-1214. Sheriff of Northants., 1209-1214. Sheriff of Rutland, 1211-1214. His name 
appears as one of the Justiciars, 1200 & 1207. Received by grant from King John the 
manor of Coreby, Northants., 1206. Dugdale records that he was master of King John's 
wardrobe & a member of the King's council. Died 1214. He had issue: Foss, pp 118-9 
Clutterbuck, III, p 58.
