either by 1237 or 1220. Plus, Robert and Isabel married in 1207 and son Hugh b 1208. 
Wiki does not mention Alicia.
Could she be SISTER or Robert de Vere who was b c 1165?
Weber's database on rootsweb says she is Alice de VERNON (not de Vere).
