According to John Watson the Conyers of Sockburn descend from Humphrey's eldest 
son (also agrees with Burke's Peerage):

0. Humphrey Conyers, b. c1215, d. bef. 1283
1. Sir John Conyers of Sockburn, b. c1240, d. bef 1304 (Burke's states d. 1299)
2, Sir Roger Conyers of Sockburn, (Burke's states d. 1323)

Burke's continues on for another 2 generations (I think some generation(s) were 
skipped between Roger & John):

3. Sir John Conyers of Sockburn, m. 13 Mar 1388/9 Elizabeth dau. of William 1st Lord 
Aton, d. by 6 Mar 1395/6
4. Robert Conyers of Sockburn, living 1437, m. Isabel dau. of William Pert.

Next in succession Burke's has Sir John Conyers m. Margaret dau. of Anothony St. 
Quinton of Hornsby, but John Watson states that this John Conyers (c1360-bef. Jul 
1412) was a younger son of Robert Conyers & Juliana Percy, descended from 
Humphrey's younger son as shown in my line.
