	Samuel was a glassblower for Illinois Pacific Glass Co. In 1915, he 
accompanied his brother John to California. It is not known whether Samuel married, 
but it is known that he had no children.

In 1917 living in San Francisco at time of registration for WW1, was a glass blower for 
the Illinois Pacific Glass Corp. List brother Peter J. Maule as closest relative, living in 
Youngstown, Ohio. Brown eyes, brown hair, slender build, medium height
1920 in San Francisco, Cal., lodger, single,  lodging with Bessie Cook and her 
daughter Cleo, glass blower.

Samuel Arthur Maule, 87, 1610 Luick Ave., died Thursday night at Ball Hospital after a 
brief illness. He had been a resident of Muncie since he was eight years old.
Mr. Maule was a glass worker at Ball Brothers for 35 years before his retirement in 
1951. He was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and Eagles Lodge 231.
Surviving are two sons, and two daughters, Mrs. Wilma Whetsell, Mrs. Ruth Franks, 
Dewey Miller, and Charles Miller, all of Muncie; six grandchildren; and eight 
grandchildren.
Parson Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
