Carol Franscioni passed away peacefully Sunday, Oct. 12, 2008, surrounded by her 
family, at Armstrong, B.C., Canada. Born in Salinas on March 11, 1916, Carol lived in 
California all her life. 

Carol and Gene Franscioni were married in 1931. During her lifetime she lived in 
Gonzales, Salinas Valley, San Francisco, Sacramento Valley, Dixon, Davis and 
Hollister. 

Predeceased by her son Steven in 1975 and husband Gene in 2004, Carol is lovingly 
remembered by daughter Robin Meggait and her husband Tony of Armstrong; three 
grandchildren, Stefanie Delbrueck and her husband Eric of Beaverton, Ore., Kelli 
Glason and her husband Dave of Armstrong, and Steven Meggait of Nelson, B.C.; four 
great grandchildren, Calvin and Oliver Delbrueck of Beaverton, and Jack and Emily 
Timm Glason of Armstrong; nieces Susan Amaral and her sons Darren and Mark Amaral 
of Paso Robles, and Tonja Eckman and her husband Greg of Peoria, Ariz., and their 
son Mathew Eckman of Sacramento; nephew Tony Franklin and his wife Caren, and 
their daughters Elanna and Ilyssa of Tucson, Ariz. Carol also was predeceased by her 
nephew Timothy Handley in 2006, but is remembered by his wife Carol of Gonzales. 

She will be missed by many extended family and friends. Cremation with a Memorial 
Services to be held at a later date. Arrangements in the care of Personal Alternative 
Funeral Services in Armstrong, (250) 546-7237.
